Browns WR Josh Gordon Enters Rehab, Puts NFL Comeback On Hold

gettyimages-459462738BEREA, Ohio – The low-awaited return of one of the most exciting and promising young wide receivers in the NFL will have to be put on hold.

The Cleveland Browns announced Thursday afternoon that Josh Gordon will enter an in-patient rehabilitation facility.

Gordon was scheduled to play in his first regular-season game since December 2014 against the Patriots on Oct. 9, the same game which QB Tom Brady is to return as well from suspension. Both Grodon and Brady’s suspension warranted a four game sit out of this season.
