When Houston Texans owner Bob McNair made his comments during owners meeting (‘we can’t have inmates running the prison’) – it sparked outrage from not only the public but his own players as well.
His player were disgusted, they ripped the owner and WR DeAndre Hopkins left practice after hearing his comments.
Just before the team’s game against the Seattle Seahawks, much of the team, in fact all but six players, opted to kneel in response to Bob McNair:
