There is one less substitute teacher in Guilford Country, NC after a Western Guilford Middle School teacher was fired for body-slamming a 12-year-old student WWE style.

The mother of the student posted the video showing the act to Facebook Frida, writing that she wants “justice” for her son Jose Escudero.

Escudero says the incident started when the teacher allegedly took his box of chocolates. and threw them in the sink, with the altercation being initiated when Jose says he waited towards the end of class to get them back.
Jose, with bruises to show for, and his mother says they will take legal action.
