Shades of Chris Webber.
With seconds left in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, the Cleveland Cavaliers were poised to escape with a win, having George Hill at the free throw line with the score tied.
After the shot came up short, J.R. Smith was able to grab the rebound with a wide open look at the rim from nearly point-blank range. Not only did he not shoot it, Smith dribbled the ball out all the way past the free-throw line in effort to run out the clock thinking the Cavs had the lead to his teammates disgust.

The Warriors would trample the Cavs in overtime and steal a one-game series lead.
