Colin Kaepernick Hosts 3rd Annual Backpack Giveaway With Eric Reid

Colin Kaepernick and Eric Reid might not on the field anymore to help a team but they continue to do their part in the community.

The former 49ers quarterback and safety surprised the ladies at New York’s East Girls Club and provided the backpacks for the current school year.

The annual Lower Eastside Girls Club backpack giveaway with @kaepernick7 @nessnitty @e_reid35 and the beautiful @rosariodawson (she caught me sneaking a photo of her lol) and the I Know My Rights Camp @yourrightscamp came through to the LES showing love to our girls and our community. Sharing their words of wisdom, empowerment, and leadership for all girls and people of color. A day of inspiration and seed planting in the minds of our youth. As founders and donors to the Girls Club they make it possible for our girls to express themselves in a safe space. Thank you!
