After the mess that came out of Oakland Thursday, could Antonio Brown not miss a single game?
After a plethora of incidents that culminated to the Raiders star WR getting into a near physical altercation with his General Manager Thursday, it was reported that the Raiders were planning to suspend Brown.
The ‘planning’ portion of the report was odd, but it left the door open to Brown possibly not seeing a suspension, to which now Ian Rapoport is reporting could be the case.
According to the NFL Network insider, an “emotional apology” from Brown Friday during a team meeting could lead to him playing Week 1.
Here is a sense of how quickly things are changing in Oakland: Yesterday, #Raiders coach Jon Gruden told people AB was not in their plans for Monday. Now, I hear… there is a real chance he not only does not get suspended but actually plays. Wild times

The Raiders take on the Broncos Monday night on the NFL’s opening Sunday, and only time will tell if Oakland’s star offseason acquisition will be in a helmet and pads.
