Pete Carroll Says There’s A “Good Chance” The Seahawks Sign RB Marshawn Lynch

There it is.

Following a disastrous Sunday for the Seattle Seahawks that saw the team lose at home to the Arizona Cardinals while also suffering injuries to running backs Chris Carson and C.J. Procise.

Well those unfortunate events has led to the potential return of Beast Mode.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Monday morning that Lynch was scheduled to meet with Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll and take a physical, adding that a source said “both sides are optimistic he is back wearing 24.”

Adding on to earlier NFL Network report, Marshawn Lynch is scheduled to meet today with Seahawks’ HC Pete Carroll and take a physical, per source.

“Both sides are optimistic he is back wearing 24”, per source. And that would mean Lynch and Seahawks vs. 49ers for NFC West title.

Pete Carroll on @710ESPNSeattle confirms Marshawn Lynch is flying in to meet with him #Seahawks, “there’s a really good chance” he re-signs. “I think it’s freakin’ awesome.” Thinks Lynch “May have 4 or 5 games left in him.”
