Justin Herbert already looked like a high school QB in a Disney Channel Original Movie, but now he looks like a player on the JV squad who also does ROTC.

The Chargers standout rookie and possible ROTY candidate showed off his fresh cut during a press conference Wednesday, looking totally unrecognizable without his signature blonde locks.
