Clemson LB James Skalski Ejected For Targeting After Crushing Hit To Justin Fields

Ouch – this one’s gotta hurt.

During the Allstate Sugar Bowl, Clemson linebacker James Skalski was ejected after delivering a crushing hit to Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields.

The hit knocked Fields out of the game for a play but and after further review, the referees determined that Skalski would be penalized for targeting, which forced an ejection.
