Saints To Play Sunday Without RB After All Ruled Out Due To COVID Protocols

Earlier this season the Denver Broncos played a game without an NFL quarterback on their roster, and Sunday the Saints will attempt to do somewhat of the same, but they’ll be without any running backs.

Coming off a 6-TD game for the history books, Alvin Kamara has been ruled out due to his contraction of COVID-19, and since he was a close contact with every other RB on the saints roster, all will have to sit per NFL protocols.

Alvin Kamara is the only Saints’ RB to test positive this week; all the others have been deemed high-risk, close-contacts and are expected back this week, per source. Now the Saints face a RB issue like the one the Broncos had at QB when they played New Orleans. https://t.co/lOI3UGnwMy
