Henry Ruggs went from the star receiver of a promising Las Vegas Raiders team to his life being pretty much over in the span of a few seconds Tuesday morning.
Ruggs was driving home in his Chevrolet C8 Corvette little after 3 a.m. after drinking with friends when he struck a Toyota Rav4 in the rear, causing the death of the occupant and a fire the engulfed the scene.
Eyewitnesses began filming seconds after hearing the bang, which can be seen below.
