In tragedies like these, far too much attention is sent the way of the assailant rather than the victim, so it’s time to focus on Tina Tintor, the woman who was taken from this world at 23-years-old due to the selfishness, negligence and recklessness of Henry Ruggs III.

The Las Vegas resident was driving home Tuesday morning at 3:30 a.m. with her golden retriever, Maxi, in the back seat when her Toyota Rav4 was struck by Raiders WR Henry Ruggs’ Corvette at 127 mph.

The crash pinned both inside, while an inferno erupted and horrifically killed them both.

The Serbian immigrant was on the verge of receiving her United States citizenship according to her friend Bojana Filopovic, whom she dropped off before being killed. She was a mile away rom her house.

According to Fox News, Filopovic said that Tintor’s mom called her crying Tuesday morning.

“Her mom was calling me crying like, ‘Hey, can you check if that’s her car. She wasn’t coming home. She was supposed to wake up at 7 a.m. to run errands, but she never got home with her dog,’” Filopovic said.

A memorial has been set up for Tina at the site of the crash, and as she deserves, it’s growing by the hour.
