Desean Jackson has found a new home.
After mutually agreeing to part ways with the Los Angeles Rams, Jackson is reportedly on his way to Las Vegas to sign with the Raiders.
The 34-year-old Jackson had just 8 receptions for 221 yards and 1 touchdown for the Los Angeles Rams. He had signed a 1-year deal with them this past offseason but after seeing his role diminish throughout the season, the Rams gave Jackson the green-light to seek a trade. When no trade partner was found, the Rams released Jackson.
Jackson joins a Raiders team that is looking to replace Henry Ruggs, who was their deep target. Ruggs, as I’m sure you know, is facing some serious jail time after killing a women and her dog while driving while intoxicated.
