Calvin Ridley joined the short list of NFL players caught for betting on NFL games this week, and it landed him with a year-long suspension.
The Falcons WR was caught using the Hard Rock Sportsbook app Ridley placed several parlay bets between Nov. 23 and Nov. 28, where they were subsequently flagged by processes put in place for that very reason. Ridley bet $1,500, and now will lose more than $11 million as a result.
Hilariously, Eagles fans unhappy with the performance of former top pick Jalen Raegor, jokingly attempted to implicate their WR on Twitter for doing the same.
