Joe Burrow Deletes Twitter And Instagram Following 0-2 Start Due To Poor Offensive Line Play

Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals competed in the Super Bowl back in March, and despite being 0-2, the team looks exactly how they did in 2021.

Speaking with reporters on Wednesday, the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback confirmed that he deleted Twitter and Instagram in the wake of his team falling to 0-2.

“I don’t have Twitter or Instagram right now,” Burrow said, via WCPO’s Caleb Noe.

Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals have struggled out of the gates and the poor offensive line play can be looked at as the culprit. Burrow was asked about his level of comfort with Cincy’s protection and he said he’s “very comfortable” behind his big guys in the trenches.

Burrow was sacked six times in Cincinnati’s loss to the Cowboys on Sunday and seven times in the season-opener vs. the Steelers.

Burrow made it clear that the team is “going to be fine” and called on worriers to “take a deep breath.”

“Let’s all just take a deep breath and relax. We’re going to be fine,” Burrow said.

The Bengals will look to avoid a dreaded 0-3 start when they take on the Jets next. The Jets are fresh off a miracle win over the Cleveland Browns this past Sunday.
