The New England Patriots offense was a complete mess in 2022 and it’s not surprising considering their offensive coordinator was Matt Patricia (a former defensive coordinator) and Joe Judge (a former special teams coach).
Well after experimenting with Patrica and Judge, Bill Belichick and the Patriots realized that if they want a real offense, they need to hire a real offensive coordinator and that’s exactly what they are going to do.
The Patriots announced they will be conducting a search for a new offensive coordinator while also announcing they are working towards coming to an agreement with inside linebackers coach Jerod Mayo to remain with the Pats:
