Earlier this month, former NFL running back Peyton Hills was hospitalized in intensive care after he saved his children from drowning in the ocean.
He was recently discharged from the hospital as he made incredible strides in his recovery.
TMZ Sports has since obtained video that shows multiple first responders rushing to Pensacola Beach to tend to the former NFL running back after he saved his kids from the ocean.

“In the footage, captured on an Escambia County Sheriff’s deputy’s body camera, you can see Hillis was in bad shape on the Florida sand after he was pulled from the water on Jan. 4.
The ex-Cleveland Browns running back, who did not have a shirt on, appeared to be breathing heavily … and seemed to be in a great deal of pain.”
The first responders eventually got him on a backboard and then into a helicopter as he was flown to a nearby medical facility for treatment.
Hills, who thread 37 last Saturday, was admitted to the hospital on January 4th after he was airlifted and placed in the ICU. Fortunately, his children ended up be safe after he risked his life to protect them.
The biggest moment of his NFL career was when he was the cover athlete for Madden NFL 12 after a breakout season in which he rushed for over 1,000 yards. Before retiring from the NFL in 2015, he spent time playing for the Browns, Broncos, Chiefs, Buccaneers and Giants.
