BREAKING: Chargers WR Mike Williams Tore His ACL And Is Out For The Season

The Los Angeles Chargers picked up their first win of the season on Sunday, defeating the Minnesota Vikings, 28-24. Unfortunately for the Chargers, they also lost a key piece to their offense for the rest of the season.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, WR Mike Williams tore his ACL during Sunday’s game and will miss the remainder of the 2023 season:

With Williams out for the year, the Chargers will probably rely more on Keenan Allen, who’s off to a great start to the season with 32 catches for 402 yards. The Chargers will likely also involve Josh Palmer more in the offense while also bringing on first-round rookie Quentin Jonson, who has just five catches for 26 yards through three games.

The Chargers (1-2) will host the Las Vegas Raiders at home in Week 4.
