Davanate Adams Adds Fuel To Trade Rumors After Raiders Loss: “I Don’t Have Time To Wait Around”

Davante Adams put the Las Vegas Raiders on notice following their 23-18 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3.

Adams added some fuel to potential trade speculation, telling reporters that he doesn’t “have time to wait” for the team to turn around it’s struggles.

“I don’t act like it’s all crazy, it’s Week 3, but I don’t got time to wait around,” Adams said. “It’s not a personal thing.. I mean, it is a personal thing, but it ain’t just about me.. We’re not doing things the right way to establish a winning culture early in the season.”

Adams was dominant in the loss, hauling in 13 receptions fro 172 yards and a touchdown but it wasn’t enough as the Raiders fell to 1-2 on the season.

The 30-year-old has made it clear that his desire for individual success is over after earning first-team All-Pro honors in 2022. His focus is on winning a Lombardi trophy and if he sees that goal not being able to be accomplished in Las Vegas, he seems to ready to request a trade.
