Michigan Players Are Wearing ‘Free Harbaugh’ Shirts Ahead Of Game vs Maryland

Jim Harbaugh won’t be on the sidelines for the second straight weekend as his Michigan Wolverines take on the Maryland Terrapins on Saturday.

Harbaugh will serve the second of a three-game suspension handed to him by the Big Ten amidst the NCAA’s investigation into the Wolverines for sign stealing.

With Harbaugh out, Wolverines players are showing their support for their head coach by wearing “Free Harbaugh” shirts during pregame warmups:

Earlier on Saturday morning, FOX Sports’ Bruce Feldman reported that the Big Ten has “damning evidence” against Michigan in their sign-stealing scandal:

“My understanding is that there’s mounting evidence against Michigan, and the Big Ten all along had evidence in regards to Michigan breaking the rule.”

Harbaugh will miss today’s game against Maryland and next weekend’s showdown between Michigan and Ohio State.

More punishments for Harbaugh and the Wolverines could be coming, though
