Mark Ingram Nearly Passes Out On Live TV After Eating Spicy Shrimp Cocktail Sauce During Big Ten Title Game

Former NFL running back Mark Ingram was known for being of the toughest guys in the NFL but when it comes to St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail Sauce, he’s no match.

The three-time Pro Bowler and former Heisman Trophy winner was on the FOX coverage of the Big Ten Championship Game and ended trying the iconic spicy sauce after his colleague, Matt Leinart, tried it.

While Leinart didn’t struggle at all, Mark nearly passed out on the set, rubbing his nose vigorously as he instantly regretted the decision.

“That’s a bad decision, Mark Ingram. Bad decision,” Big Noon Kickoff’s Rob Stone advised.

“I’m breathing smoke out my nose, dawg,” Ingram said when he caught his breath. “Straight dragon!”

Here’s the clip:

Leinart, who was beside himself with laughter, had a bottle of water on hand that Mark was happy to take off him.

“That horseradish, man,” he lamented.

I don’t think Mark Ingram will ever be trying this again.
