C.J. Stroud Leaves Game After His Head Slammed On Turf During Hit vs Jets

A rough afternoon for the Houston Texans got worse after C.J. Stroud had to leave the game with a head injury.

In the four quarter, Stroud left the game after his head was slammed on the turf while take a big hit from Jets defensive tackle Quinine Williams.

Stroud was examined by taken into the blue medical tent on the sideline before being taken to the locker room to be evaluated for ac concussion.


Stroud was ruled out for the remainder of the game:

Stroud was replaced by Davis Mills.

It was a bad day for Stroud, who was just 10-of-23 for 91 yards and was sacked three times.
