NWS Says Fans Attending Dolphins-Chiefs Game Should Cover All Extremities Due To “Dangerous” Weather

The AFC Wild Card Round matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs will be one of the coldest games in NFL history.

The matchup is set to have “extremely dangerous” temperatures and has even resulted in a warning from the National Weather Service that fans should “cover all extremities including your head and face.”

The kickoff forecast is set to be at -1 with a windchill of -23, making it the coldest game the Miami Dolphins have ever played in and the third coldest game in NFL history.

The game is set to kick-off at 8 p.m. ET and will be streamed exclusively on Peacock.
