REPORT: Bengals Are Trading RB Joe Mixon To Houston Texans

A day after announcing that they were releasing running back Joe Mixon, the Cincinnati Bengals find a trade partner.

According to Ian Rapport of NFL Network, the Bengals are trading Mixon to the Houston Texans.

The 27-year-old Mixon was selected in the second-round of the 2017 NFL Draft. In 2023, Mixon appeared in all 17 games for the Bengals, rushing for 1,034 yards to go along with 52 receptions for 376 yards and 12 total touchdowns.

The Bengals signed free agent running back Zach Moss yesterday and drafted Chase Brown in the 2023 NFL Draft.
