Dallas Police are currently searching for Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice after a major crash occurred Saturday afternoon on a highway in Texas. According to police a Corvette and Lamborghini were “street racing” around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon before causing a multi-vehicle crash.
Dallas news station WFAA reported occupants from both vehicles fled the scene before police arrived.
“Police said the Lamborghini swerved onto the highway’s shoulder and hit the center-median wall divider, causing a chain reaction that involved four more vehicles in the collision, bringing the total number of vehicles involved to six,” WFAA reported.
The station obtained dashcam footage that gives a much clearer picture of what happened moments before and during the crash:
The video shows the moment the collision took place as well as a group of individuals leaving one of the cars while the dash cam passed. Those involved might already be facing some serious charges in regards to reckless driving. Leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in juries could land them in even more trouble.
For now, the police are still looking for the Chiefs wide out.
