RUMOR: CeeDee Lamb Will ‘Request Trade’ If Cowboys Don’t Offer Him Huge Contract Extension

CeeDee Lamb wants a long-term contract from the Dallas Cowboys and if they aren’t willing to give him one, he’s ready to find a new home.

On Monday, popular NFL rumor account ‘@prettyrickey213‘ posted some interesting scuttlebutt. Pretty Rickey claims that if the Cowboys don’t offer Lamb “at least $32 million” per season, making him the second-highest paid wideout in the NFL, he plans on requesting a trade.

Lamb is coming off a season in which he recorded career-highs in receptions (135), receiving yards (1,749) and receiving touchdowns (12). He made his third-straight Pro Bowl and earned first-team All-Pro honors.

As it stands right now,Ā Minnesota VikingsĀ superstar Justin Jefferson is the highest-paid wide receiver in terms of annual salary at $35 million per year. Right behind him is A.J. Brown of theĀ Philadelphia EaglesĀ at $32 million.

Detroit LionsĀ star Amon-Ra St. Brown and Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill are the only other wideouts who make at least $30 million annually.
