ESPN First Take host Stephen A. Smith had a lot to say about the Dallas Cowboys following their latest embarrassing loss to the Houston Texans on Monday Night Football.
Following the 34-10 loss, Jerry Jones spoke to reports and dismissed the notion that Mike McCarthy lost the locker room. He also told reporter that tough seasons like this are inevitable in the NFL. Those comments as Stephen A. concerned about Jones’ mental health.
Not only did Smith say he’s worried about Jones’ future in Dallas, he compared him to President Joe Biden.
“I’m not joking when I say this: I’m getting very very worried about Jerry Jones. The only thing that’s worse than the team’s play are his press conferences,” Smith said. “I find myself thinking about Joe Biden before he backed out of running for reelection. I think Jerry’s one month older than President Joe Biden for crying out loud. I remember when I was on the airwaves 10 months ago thinking he can’t be the nominee. I’m looking at Jerry and I find myself asking where the hell are his family members?”
Shannon Sharpe replied back by saying, “The difference between what you said about President Biden and Jerry is that that big donors came in and said, ‘President Biden, we’re not going to donate unless you drop out.’ What do they say to Jerry?”

The Cowboys are in the midst of a five-game losing streak and will face the Washington Commanders on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
