Another offseason, another celebration ban.
The NFL (No Fun League) is reportedly striking down on the ‘Nose Wipe’ first down celebration made popular among receivers by Cowboys star CeeDee Lamb.
The move comes after a strike down of gestures by players seemingly representing weapons, which did get incredibly subjective at times.
The NFL has lumped the ‘nose wipe’ into the ‘violent gesture’ bucket, which begs the question – what will happen to player who may legitimately have a runny nose and pick up a first down this year?
