In one of the most controversial picks of the 2025 NFL Draft, the Saints selected Tyler Shough 40th overall out of Louisville, notably with Shedeur Sanders still on the board.
After the debut Sanders had last week for the Browns in Carolina against the Panthers, Shough throwing a pick-six is sure to irk some fans down in New Orleans.
In the rook’s defense, Shough followed it up by throwing a bomb of a TD pass for a 54-yard score on the very next drive.
Shough is in a QB competition with Spencer Rattler for the Saints starting job.
