Micah Parsons and his relationship with the Dallas Cowboys continues to deteriorate.
Not only has both sides have not had any discussion about a contract extension following Micah Parsons’ requesting a trade earlier this month but Jerry Jones made headlines on Thursday while appearing on the Michael Irvin Podcast, claiming that Parsons’ agent David Mulugheta made a derogatory remark to Jones’ during negotiations.
Mulugheta flat out denied ever telling Jones any of that.
Following Jones’ remarks, Micah Parsons took to his social media account to scrap any mention of the Dallas Cowboys and post a cryptic tweet.
The Dallas Cowboys are two weeks away from opening their season against the Philadelphia Eagles and by all indications it seems unlikely that Micah Parsons will be available despite head coach Brian Schottenheimer saying he’s “confident” Parsons would be out there.
Parsons hasn’t practiced all summer.
