Micah Parsons Announces He Will Wear #1 With The Packers

For the first time since Curly Lambeau, the #1 will be worn by a Packers player, and what a player to do it.

Micah Parsons was traded to Green Bay Thursday night in one of the wildest trades in league history, with Jerry Jones sending the Cowboys franchise defensive player to a conference rival for two first rounders and a player.

Parsons and his relationship with Jerry Jones and the Cowboys deteriorated over contract disputes this offseason that culminated in Parsons wanting an extension and Jones telling the DE/LB to essentially play a fifth year or leave.

We all know how that ended up.

Parsons appeared in Green Bay Friday for his introductory press conference and during the interview, announced he’d be wearing the number 1 for the Pack.
