49ers LB Fred Warner Carted Off After Suffering Gruesome Ankle Injury vs Buccaneers (VIDEO)

Unbelievable.

The San Francisco 49ers are by far the most injured team in the NFL and it somehow just got worse.

During Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, their star linebacker Fred Warner was carted off the field with a gruesome ankle injury and replay confirmed that its severity.

Fred Warner left today’s game with an air cast on his right leg

His right ankle was facing the other way
