Dolphins Are Hiring Packers VP Of Player Personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan As Their General Manager

The Miami Dolphins have hired a new general manger.

Jon-Eric Sullivan, Green Bay Packers vice president of player personnel, will be the next general manager of the Miami Dolphins, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

Sullivan’s expected departure will end a run with the Packers that began in 2003 as an intern in Green Bay. He spent time within the front office as a regional scout, director of college scouting, co-director of player personnel and now the vice president of player personnel, a job he’s held under GM Brian Gutekunst since 2022.

Sullivan succeeds Chris Grier, who held the position for 10 seasons.
