NFL Journeyman QB Ryan Fitzpatrick Retiring After 17 Seasons

If you looked up journeyman QB in the dictionary, you’d find Ryan Fitzpatrick’s name.

After 17 NFL seasons, the veteran is finally hanging it all up. 

After starting his football career at Harvard, “Fitzmagic” as he would become to be known was drafted by the Rams, then moved to the Bengals, the Bills, the Titans, the Texans, the Jets, the Bucs, he Dolphins before finally ending up in Washington where he would play his final season in 2021.

Fitzpatrick started at quarterback for nine different National Football League teams during his 17-season career, the most in league history. He is also the only NFL player to throw a touchdown pass and interception with eight different teams.
