Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson suffered an apparent leg injury during the third quarter of his team’s home opener against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
Jefferson was helped off the field by Vikings staffers and taken into the blue tent to be examined. Niners All-Pro defensive end Nick Bosa was also hurt on the same play.
It appeared that Jefferson was rolled up on while blocking for Ty Chandler, and the injury appears to be a lower-leg injury.
Jefferson was taken to the locker room.
