For the second week in a row, LSU head coach Lane Kiffin arrives to the game with a bunch of celebrities.
As the Tigers arrived for their Week 2 game against Louisiana Tech, Kiffin was joined by Lil Wayne and Boosie along with former LSU defensive back and Super Bowl champion Tyrann Mathieu.
Boosie is in Louisiana because he has a concert in New Orleans tonight. Lil Wayne is a big supporter of LSU athletics as he grew up in New Orleans. This comes one week after Kiffin was seen walking into Tiger Stadium with Livvy Dunne, Theo Vonn, and Brooks Nader.
Lane Kiffin seems to be enjoying his time at LSU so far. In the season opener, LSU beat Clemson 51-10.
Kiffin and LSU are now focused on getting their second win of the year, and he issued a challenge to the fans. “I’m challenging (the team), everything’s got to be the same as last Saturday. I challenge our fans to do the same thing,” Kiffin said.
“The fans were electric the whole walk, the beginning of the game, the first quarter. You could feel it coming down on the opponent. And I mean, there’s been people here a long time and said it was one of the loudest, most intense feelings they felt here ever. And so let’s bring it again. Don’t let the opponent dictate how you are a fan. As I say, don’t fan for free.”
