We know that Tom Brady is indeed leaving the New England Patriots, ending a historic 20-year run that included six Super Bowl victories and three NFL MVP awards.
But now the attention turns to where Tom Brady will be playing in 2020?
The two teams that have been heavily linked to TB12 are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Los Angeles Chargers but there is a third “dark horse” team that could come in and swoop the 42-year-old quarterback:
This would be a good fit for Brady as he knows Dolphins HC Brian Flores very well — Flores was the Patriots defensive coordinator prior to becoming the Dolphins head coach. The Dolphins have been spending some serious money in free agency, bringing in players like Byron Jones and Kyle Van Noy (Brady’s ex-teammate).
The Dolphins also have three first round picks including the No. 5 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Could you imagine Brady playing his former team twice a year?
