The Atlanta Falcons have found their replacement for Kyle Shanahan after the Falcons offensive coordinator accepted the head coaching gig in San Francisco.
The Falcons have hired Alabama offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian:

This news comes as a stunner, considering Sarkisian recently accepted the Alabama OC gig after Lane Kiffen took the head coaching job at Florida International.
Sarkisian’s ties to Dan Quinn stem back from Quinn’s Seattle days with Pete Carroll, who was linked to Sarkasian at USC.
Sarkisian’s connection to Dan Quinn is pretty obvious, too — Pete Carroll.

I wonder what Nick Saban is thinking right now.
