One of the NFL’s most popular celebration is being banned from the game going forward. The NFL has banned goal post dunking celebrations and anyone who disobey’s the rule will be penalized. The celebration was originally brought to the NFL by legendary TE Tony Gonzalez, whom has retired. Gonzalez took to twitter show his disappointment about the rule change:
The NFL says no more dunking over the goalpost. This one I don’t understand. Looks like I got out just in time.

If you thought Jimmy Graham’s couldn’t get any worse, he, who is also a big fan of the goal post dunk celebration will now have to find a different way to celebrate his touchdowns. Nonetheless, a rule is a rule, and all we will have left on the celebrations is the memories.
