Spring Football Games are all about having fun with teammates, getting their feet wet with wearing pads again, and most of all practicing. But during the Miami Hurricanes Spring Football Game , LB Denzel Perryman laid the wood on running back Gus Edwards. It fired up the coaches on the sidelines and teammates on the field.
Of course coaches would love to see Perryman lay out opponents in the fall with these huge hits but this was definitely something that earned Perryman the respect of coaches and teammates. What made this so much better was, Perryman was wearing a helmet camera during the spring game. The camera allows the fans to get a firsthand look at the huge hit:
