Robert Kraft Could Face Five Years In Prison From Felony Charge In Prostitution Case

Robert Kraft was named in a prostitution case from earlier in 2019, and he’s now facing intensifying pressure from Florida prosecutors as they look to increase charges against the New England Patriots owner.

According to the SunSentinel, Florida lawyers have filed a request to the Florida Attorney General’s office to up the charges against Kraft from the current two misdemeanors to a third-degree felony, which carries up to a five-year prison sentence.

Despite seemingly overwhelming evidence indicting Kraft, he pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charges.
