This is obviously in reference to the legend that is now Harambe who has suddenly shot back into the spotlight after fading away for a few weeks.
The Cincinnati Zoo is actively trying to stop the sharing of Harambe memes and has since been forced to shut down their social media accounts due to the flood of them.
