The Browns QB was spun around 180 Degrees by his facemark on a sack from the Steelers defensive which was demised due to the obvious face mask penalty.

Manizel had to exit the game for a play because his contact came loose on the play, but then re-entered on the following play.
It will be interesting to see if this play will warrant a fine from the league.
The Steelers currently lead the Browns 14-3 in the late minutes of the 2nd Quarter.
