2016 was weird. 2017 is off to more of the same.
During the Vikings/Bears game today in Minnesota, two men, one in a Brett Favre jersey, scaled to the top of U.S. Bank Stadium and hung a large banner in protest of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
Police has to scale up the rafters to catch the protesters.

Cops had to return back down to get climbing gear before heading back up, and while they did, the protester in the jersey reportedly did a phone interview while hanging.
