Bryce Harper Might Have Just Ripped His Knee Into Pieces After Slipping On 1st Base

Bryce Harper left Nationals fans holding their breath after going down with an injury during Saturday night’s game against the San Francisco Giants.

While trying to beat a ground ball out, Harper slid on an apparent wet first base bag, causing his foot to slide off and get caught into the dirty behind the base, causing his knee to hyperextend. Harper was sent flying.

Harper was unable to put weight on his left leg, having to be helped off the field by hitting coach Rick Schu and head athletic trainer Paul Lessard.
