JuJu Smith Schuster is having such a time during his rookie season in the NFL, that he’s able to worry about his Madden ratings during the game.
The 20-year-old broke off a 97-yard touchdown catch, the longest in Steelers franchise history Sunday night against the Lions, outrunning multiple Detroit defenders in chase.

“To be honest, the reason I kept looking back because in Madden, my speed is 82, 83,” said Smith-Schuster. “The next thing you know, I pulled away, swerved to the right and was able to get the touchdown. I don’t know. Hopefully after today it gets boosted up.”
We think Madden now has every reason to move his speed up a few notches after what we saw Sunday night.
