The New England Patriots have cut their team down to their final 53-man roster, and in doing so have signed a WR.
And yes… he looks exactly like you would think he does.
The AFC Champs have have claimed second-year wide receiver Chad Hansen off of waivers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Patriots claimed two WRs off waivers: Chad Hansen from the Jets and Amara Darboh from the Seahawks.

Hansen was a fourth-round pick by the Jets and caught nine passes for 94 yards in 15 appearances as a rookie and has the smile of a college kid know hows his dad has lawyers on deck that can get him out of anything.
With the release of Jordan Matthews and Kenny Britt, the Pats’ receiving core has seen more departures than additions in recent weeks. The team is also working around the loss of Danny Amendola (traded to Miami), Julian Edelman (suspended for PEDs), and rookie Braxton Berrios (injured and on IR).
