How can someone be this bad?

Rutgers’ 34-7 loss at Maryland on Saturday wasn’t out of character for the Scarlet Knights, who now sit at 1-6 on the season and 0-4 in the Big Ten. But Rutgers’ passing game was nothing short of pure trash.

True freshman quarterback Artur Sitkowski completed just two passes in 16 attempts, tossing four interceptions in the process. Add in negative-seven yards rushing for Sitkowski, and the Scarlet Knights’ starter amassed just one yard on the afternoon.

His stat line was straight up garbage:
