Adam Gase entered Week 17 on the hot seat after another losing season on the horizon in Miami. A 42-17 loss to the Bills likely sealed his fate.

Gase was fired by Miami as a “quarterback whisperer” in attempt to revive Ryan Tannehill’s career. With Tannehill suffering a season-ending injury before the 2017 season and the QB posting a 7-9 record in his first year back, the ‘Phins canned Gase.
Gase finishes with a 23-25 record over three seasons as head coach of the Dolphins.
A familiar former foe of the Dolphins, Rex Ryan, is reportedly interested in the job.
