Jon Gruden owns the 2019 NFL Draft after trading away numerous top Raiders players in exchange for a multitude of high draft picks for his disposal.
With Oakland’s season over, Gruden has begun scouting for which players he and the team will take with those picks, and he’s already marking his territory.
The Raiders head man was the head coach of the North All-Star team in this year’s Senior Bowl, and Gruden could be seen hilariously sticking Raiders helmet stickers on the helmets of his players mid-game,

Gruden and his squad did end up claiming victory with a 34-24 win.
